Yasighra Arts:

1:ORDERS

Printed Garments and Photography Prints on site are made to order. Printing is completed in 1-3 Business Days and shipped out with shipping preference chosen on payment by customer.

Any Custom Printed Garments or Photography Prints are printed and completed once all details and finalization's are approved by customer via Email. Printing will commence and completed in 5-10 Business Days.

​

If for any reason you may have a question or an issue with any products purchased, please reach me via email Info@yasighra.com. I will respond immediately to help resolve any questions. 

​

All Clearance, Custom Made, and Photography Prints, Face Masks  are Final Sale.

No refunds, credits or exchanges are allowed.

​

Payments can be made with all Major Credit Cards or Paypal at checkout.

2:SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped out via USPS or UPS services. You will receive email confirmation with tracking once order has been shipped out.

​

Orders can be shipped through out the United States (all 51 States) and Internationally.

Both Standard Ground Shipping (3-7 Business Days) and Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days) are available at checkout.

​

Rush Shipping is available for all Products and Custom Orders. Please shoot me an email with details if interested to work it out. 

3:GIFT RECEIPTS

Gift Receipts are available at Check out and will be issued upon requests. 

​

All Gift Receipts have a 30 day Exchange or Store Credit policy (excluding Custom Orders).

​

If you would like an individual Message attached to your order please leave a note at Checkout or Via email.

​

4:RETURNS

There is 30 day Return or Exchange Policy on Printed Garments on site Collection (excluding Clearance). â€‹

If for any reason you should have any questions or unhappy with a fulfilled order please reach out to me directly at Info@yasighra.com. I will respond to you promptly.

​

Returns & Exchanges:

If any product for any reason is defective in production, please contact for full exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

​

If you need a different size for a Handmade Printed Garment please reach out via message or email  to make an exchange. 
For Approved Exchanges, customers are responsible for ship back cost To and From.

​

Custom Orders are Non Refundable or Exchangeable, no exceptions.


All Face Masks due to Health/Hygiene Reasons are Final sale, Non Refundable or Exchangeable.
Face Masks & Filters aren't medical-grade or claim medical or health claims. When selecting a mask, consult official CDC guidance to make the right choice for you and yours.

If a product is approved for Exchange or Refund, Item must be returned in original condition and unused, or exchange/refund is void. 

​

Stickers are not Returnable or Exchangeable unless approved for certain circumstances. 
Most products are only one of one and do not come in different sizes or color, but I always have different stock in products you may choose from.

​

All clearance merchandise are final sale.
All Face Masks due to Health/Hygiene Reasons are Final sale, Non Refundable or Exchangeable.

All Custom Made orders are not printed until the customer has given final approval via email. Once Approval has been given all orders will be shipped out as such. There are No Refunds/ Exchanges/ Store Credits on Custom made orders unless of faulty production or defect. Please reach out to me if you should have such an issue with an order.
